How do you ship?
We ship internationally via DHL. For local, we will use J&T / Ninjavan to deliver your parcels
How long will my order take?
Generally it will take 2 to 3 working days for parcel to be delivered to your doorstep. If we require longer time, we will inform you.
Can I request for a self-collection?
For same day self-collection, if we receive the order by before 10:00am, customers may collect between 2pm - 5.30pm at our 3rd party warehouse at 25 Woodlands Industrial Park E1, #04-01.
Otherwise, for orders received after 10:00am, collection will be on the next working day.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number will be sent to you via email within 1-2 business days. Otherwise, kindly contact our customer service if you have not received anything.
How can I place an order?
To make an order, go to the website and choose your preferred product. Click on the “Add to Cart” button. Review your cart details such as the quantity and price before proceeding to the next step.
If you use a coupon or promo code, the discounted amount will only be displayed on the checkout page.
I can’t complete my order due to errors. What to do?

What are your payment methods?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
What should I do if my parcel is lost?
If you feel that your parcel is lost or missing, please contact imoo customer service. We will carry out a full investigation to determine the next steps. We will do our best to handle your case as soon as possible.
Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Duties and taxes fee may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Can I cancel or change an order?
All cancellations and/ or change of orders are subjected to a final review in accordance with our internal guidelines. If your reason is acceptable, the changes or cancellation will be processed immediately. Please note that it is important to seek help from our customer service to process your request.
What should I do if I received wrong or missing merchandise?
If you received wrong or missing merchandise please contact our customer support with photo evidence of your claim. We will process your claim within 5 business days.
How can I obtain a receipt or invoice?
You will always receive a basic invoice via email after purchase. Please contact our customer service if you have further doubts.
